As women, we often assume the foods we eat are the causes of our acne. This could be true and could still be wrong. Many myths have been put out there for ages about itchy scalps and dandruff. Treating your skin every morning and night can go a long way into giving one healthy skin that is free of acne and scars. There are terms that are used a lot by the skin care industry that are pretty confusing, cleansing, toning, moisturizing, etc, what exactly are they and how can you best take care of your skin.

The question of how many times should one scrub their face has also been an issue. DANDRUFF.
Dandruff is fungi or yeast that feed on the scalp. If they are over productive that is when it becomes a problem. One has higher chances of getting dandruff if you shampoo your hair often. Anti-dandruff usually has certain chemicals that protect ones scalp from the fungi. Dandruff however, has nothing to do with dry skin. One should at least use shampoo with a special formula, Selenium Sulphite.
For young children between the age of 3 and 6 years old, one should use mild shampoo for all skins. Coconut oil in its purest form is really good for your hair and scalp and also Argan oil is good for your hair.
